A supplier and a retailer connect on Ordilio. Either side can start the connection, and the other side approves. From then on, both work from the same catalogue, prices and orders.

How it works
Up and running in three steps

Connect
A supplier invites a retailer, or a retailer invites a supplier they already work with. The other side approves.

Publish your catalogue
The supplier adds products, sets the prices each retailer sees, and sets delivery days and cut-off times.

Order
The retailer orders at their agreed prices for one of the supplier's available delivery dates. The supplier accepts the order, and invoices follow.

- Make each product public, visible to your connections, visible to specific companies, or private.

- Set delivery days with a cut-off time and lead time, and assign schedules to specific retailers.
For retailers
- Your agreed prices
- See the price agreed with each supplier. Other retailers' prices are not visible to you.
- Know when you can order
- See each supplier's next available delivery dates. Same-day delivery is offered only before the cut-off.
- A full record, per supplier
- Every order and purchase invoice stays on record, with invoices available as PDF.

One entity with two users. Submit and receive orders, with basic order tracking and invite-only connections.
Pro
€55 per entity per month
Catalogue management, custom pricing per retailer, order schedules and automated invoicing. Additional users are €10 per user per month.
- No transaction fees Ordilio is an operations tool, not a marketplace.
- Each business chooses its own plan A supplier can be on Pro while its retailers use Free, or the other way around.
- Priced per entity Each branch or subsidiary counts as a separate entity.
