Ordilio is a wholesale ordering platform that connects suppliers and retailers. It brings catalogues, agreed prices, order schedules, orders and invoices into one shared workspace, so trading partners stop working across spreadsheets, PDFs and message threads.

Wholesale still runs on messages and spreadsheets
Wholesale relationships are often run over WhatsApp, email and Excel. Price lists drift out of date, orders are re-typed, and neither side has a clear record.
Ordilio gives both parties a shared, structured workflow.
How it is built
Built to work for both sides
Ordilio is a web application. These principles shape how it works for every business on it.

An operations tool, not a marketplace
Ordilio does not take a cut of transactions and is not a party to the trade. Businesses pay for a plan instead: Free at €0 for one entity with two users, or Pro at €55 per entity per month.

Your own account and records
Each business keeps its own account, users, plan and records.

Verified businesses
Businesses are verified through a KYC review before they can subscribe and trade.

Roles and an audit log
Access is controlled by roles and per-module permissions, and actions are recorded in an audit log.

Data scoped to your company
Every company's data is scoped to that company.

Email and password with email confirmation, sessions renewed securely with short-lived access tokens, and passwords stored hashed.

About Ordilio
Common questions
Who is Ordilio for?
Suppliers that sell wholesale, and the retailers that buy from them. Both sides use the same platform.
Can several people from my company use Ordilio?
Yes. Add team members and give them roles (Admin, Accounting, Sales, or custom roles). Permissions are set per module. The free plan includes two users, and extra users on Pro are €10 per user per month.
Can I work with more than one company or branch?
Yes. You can belong to several companies, choose one after login and switch between them without logging in again. Branches are registered under an approved parent company and share its verification.
Is my data separate from other companies' data?
Yes. Data is scoped to your company, and access within your company is controlled by roles and permissions.
