How billing works
Priced per entity, never per order
Each branch or subsidiary counts as a separate entity. Additional users can be added to any entity at €10 per user per month.

An entity is a company or a branch. Each Pro subscription covers one entity, with two users included.

Branches count separately
Each branch or subsidiary is its own entity, so a supplier with two branches pays for two entities.

Users as you grow
Beyond the two included users, each additional user is €10 per month.
Example: a supplier with two branches on Pro pays 2 × €55 per month, plus €10 per month for each user beyond the two included per entity.

Is Ordilio live yet?
Not yet. Ordilio is in early access and onboarding a first group of suppliers and retailers, including Founding Network partners. Request access and we will reach out as spots open up.
How much does it cost?
There is a free plan for one entity with two users, and a Pro plan at €55 per entity per month with additional users at €10 per user per month.
Do both businesses need a paid plan?
No. Each business manages its own plan. A supplier can be on Pro while its retailers use Free, or the other way around.
What counts as an entity?
A company or a branch. Each branch or subsidiary counts as a separate entity. A supplier with two branches pays for two entities.
Does Ordilio take a fee on my orders?
No. Pricing is a subscription per entity and per additional user. Ordilio is an operations tool, not a marketplace.
