For suppliers
One catalogue, one price per customer, one order queue
Ordilio gives suppliers a single place to publish their catalogue, agree prices with each retailer, set when retailers can order and receive delivery, and handle incoming orders. Retailers see only what you have made available to them, at the price you agreed with them.
Why Ordilio
From spreadsheets and messages to one order queue
Many wholesale relationships still run on WhatsApp, email and Excel. Ordilio replaces them with one workflow between you and each of your retailers.
Today
- Price lists sent as files
- Catalogues and price lists go out as PDFs and spreadsheets, and soon go out of date.
- Prices quoted by hand
- Each retailer has different agreed prices that must be quoted and re-quoted by hand.
- Orders typed in again
- Orders arrive through messages and email and have to be re-typed and reconciled.
With Ordilio
- Publish one catalogue instead of a dozen spreadsheets
- Retailers browse your catalogue and order from it directly.
- Set custom pricing per retailer without manual quoting
- Each retailer sees their agreed price for every product.
- See every order, confirmation and invoice in one queue
- Orders arrive with full line-item detail, and invoices follow accepted orders.
Catalogues
One catalogue for every retailer
Create each product once and organise it in your own categories. Retailers browse your catalogue and order from it directly.
-
Complete product details
Each product has a display name, description, product code, base price, unit and images. Units: gr, kg, L, ML, bottle, box, piece and pack.
-
Your own categories
Organise products in categories and subcategories, two levels deep. Retailers use them to filter your catalogue.
-
Search and archive
Search your catalogue by name, description or code. Archive products without deleting them.
Choose who sees each product: public, your connected retailers only, specific companies only, or private.
Custom pricing
A price for each retailer, set once
Agree a price with a retailer and set it in Ordilio. Each retailer sees the resolved price for every product: your agreed price where one exists, otherwise the base price.
-
Three kinds of override
A fixed price, a percentage discount or an amount discount, for a specific retailer on a specific product.
-
Dates and notes
Add optional valid-from and valid-until dates and a note. Activate, deactivate, edit or remove an override at any time.
-
Bulk pricing
Apply the same override to several selected products for one retailer at once.
Overrides are set only for retailers you are connected to, and each retailer sees only their own prices.
Order schedules
Plan production and delivery around real order schedules
Decide when retailers can order and when you deliver. Ordilio shows each retailer your next available delivery dates, so orders come in for days you deliver.
-
Delivery days and cut-offs
Choose your delivery days, Sunday to Saturday, with a cut-off time and a lead time in days for each.
-
Schedules per retailer
Create more than one named schedule and assign schedules to specific retailer connections.
-
Same-day only before the cut-off
Delivery dates follow your delivery days and lead time. Same-day delivery is offered only before that day's cut-off time.
Orders and invoicing
From incoming order to invoice
Incoming orders appear in one supplier order list with full line-item detail. When you accept an order, its sales invoice is created automatically.
-
Accept, reject, complete
Accept or reject each submitted order, then mark it completed. Email notifications cover submission and later status changes.
-
Prices stay as ordered
Once an order is submitted, the price on each line is retained, so later price changes do not alter it.
-
Invoices in your own sequence
Sales invoices are numbered INV-0001, INV-0002 and so on, for your company alone. View and download them as PDF, or void one.

Supplier FAQ
Questions suppliers ask
Can each retailer see a different price for the same product?
Yes. You can set a fixed price, a percentage discount or an amount discount for a specific retailer, optionally limited by validity dates. Retailers only see their own prices.
Can I choose who sees my products?
Yes. Each product can be public, visible to connections only, visible to specific companies only, or private.
How do cut-off times work?
For each delivery day you set a cut-off time and a lead time in days. Retailers are shown the next available delivery dates based on your delivery days and lead time, and same-day delivery is offered only before that day's cut-off. You can create several schedules and assign them to different retailers.
Will Ordilio generate my invoices?
Yes. When you accept an order, a sales invoice is created automatically with the next number in your own sequence (INV-0001 and so on), available as a PDF. Invoicing is part of the Pro plan.
Can I sell to customers who are not on Ordilio yet?
Yes, through guest buyer profiles with an email order form. The customer receives a link that needs no login, valid for 7 days.
Do I have to re-enter my catalogue for every retailer?
No. You publish one catalogue. Custom prices and visibility are set per retailer on top of it.
Start with the retailers you already supply
Ordilio is in early access, onboarding suppliers on a rolling basis. One side is enough to start: once you are on Ordilio, you can invite the retailers you already sell to.
