Your prices

Every price you see is your price: the supplier's override for you where one exists, otherwise the supplier's base price.

Fixed prices and discounts
A supplier can agree a fixed price, a percentage discount or an amount discount with you, optionally for a set period.

Kept on the order
Once you submit an order, the price on each line is retained. Drafts are repriced when edited or submitted.

Other retailers' prices are not visible to you, and your prices are not visible to them.

When a supplier accepts your order, a purchase invoice is created in your own sequence: PINV-0001, PINV-0002 and so on.

Questions retailers ask
How do I know when I can order?
Each supplier's available delivery dates are shown when you order, based on the supplier's delivery days and lead time. Same-day delivery is offered only before the supplier's cut-off time.
Do I see the price my supplier agreed with me?
Yes. You see your own price for each product: the price agreed for you where one exists, otherwise the supplier's base price. You do not see other retailers' prices.
Will the price change on an order I have already placed?
No. Once an order is submitted, the price on each line is retained. Drafts are repriced when edited or submitted.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, while it is a draft or has been submitted and not yet accepted or rejected. Once accepted, it can only be completed by the supplier.
Can I order from a supplier who is not on Ordilio?
Yes, paid retailers can. The supplier receives the order by email and can confirm, change or reject it from a link without creating an account.

Ordilio is in early access, onboarding retailers on a rolling basis. One side is enough to start: once you are on Ordilio, you can invite the suppliers you already order from.
